Integrative Hatha Yoga is a mindfulness-based practice integrating the teachings of Hatha, Raja & Tantra Yoga with the wisdom of Buddhism, Taoism and everyday life. Through this practice one is offered an opportunity to open more completely to a deeper union with the current of life that flows through all of us. With a skillful blending of movement principles, connection to the breath, self- inquiry and present-moment awareness participants are guided to a place of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. This way of practicing offers many valuable tools for enhancing the quality of life. Each individual is encouraged to practice in harmony with his or her current ability and to tap into the true joy of practicing yoga.
